I can't reach a scanner atm, which is taking it's toll, I've drawn loads of new stuff too

I'm currently designing a personal site for all my scriptwriting/art, hoping to find someone to code it for me, will most likely pay £15/20 for the whole coding. I dunno if that's reasonable, what do you think?
